We hire engineers who want their work to leave the building. Everything we build gets installed somewhere, runs a shift, and either holds up or does not — that feedback loop is the job.
All roles are based at our Motera, Ahmedabad campus. We are an in-person engineering team; hardware does not debug over video.

Computer Vision Engineer
Build and deploy inspection models that run at line speed on edge hardware — and own the optics and lighting decisions that make them possible.
What we are looking for
- Strong Python and PyTorch; comfortable profiling and quantising models
- Practical OpenCV experience beyond tutorial pipelines
- Deployment experience on Jetson, Hailo or comparable edge accelerators
- Willingness to spend time on a factory floor solving lighting problems

Navigation, manipulation and fleet coordination for AMRs and industrial cells, from simulation through on-site commissioning.
What we are looking for
- ROS 2 in production, not just coursework
- Nav2 or MoveIt experience with real hardware
- C++ and Python; comfortable in a real-time context
- Industrial integration exposure — PLC handshakes, EtherCAT, safety circuits

Design sensor nodes and gateways that survive years in foundries, fields and substations.
What we are looking for
- Bare-metal or RTOS firmware on ARM Cortex-M (Zephyr, FreeRTOS)
- Schematic capture and PCB layout for mixed-signal designs
- Low-power design — you think in microamps
- Field protocols: Modbus, CAN, LoRaWAN, NB-IoT

Plan and fly commercial survey and inspection missions across Gujarat, and own DGCA compliance for the programme.
What we are looking for
- Valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate
- Commercial survey or inspection flight hours logged
- Comfortable with PX4/ArduPilot ground stations and mission planning
- Willing to travel across Gujarat and neighbouring states

- 5G SA core and RAN deployment experience
