What we collect

This site is deliberately light on data collection. We collect only what you send us:

  • Enquiry details — the name, email address, organisation and message you submit through our contact form or send to one of our published addresses.
  • Application details — anything you send when applying for a role, including your CV and portfolio links.
  • Server logs — our hosting provider records standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and reliability purposes.

The contact form composes a message in your own mail client by default. When it does, no copy of your message passes through this website at all.

Cookies and analytics

We set no advertising or tracking cookies. The only browser storage this site uses is a single localStorage entry recording your chosen colour theme, which never leaves your device.

How we use your data

We use enquiry and application data solely to respond to you and, where relevant, to deliver work you have engaged us for. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for up to 24 months. Job applications are retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to keep them on file for longer. Contract and project records are retained as required by Indian tax and company law.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to stop processing it. Write tohello@ai3drobot.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Third parties

This site is served as static files from Cloudflare's network, and stylesheets are loaded from the jsDelivr CDN. Both providers process request metadata under their own privacy terms. We share your enquiry data with no one else.

Changes

We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
