Yes. Our engineering and fabrication base is in Ahmedabad, and we deliver across India. For deployments needing frequent on-site presence we will be honest about what the travel does to the schedule and the cost.
Most clients start with a two-week Discovery Sprint: we visit the site, assess feasibility, and produce a costed plan. It is fixed-scope and fixed-price, and it sometimes concludes that the project should not go ahead.
Almost always. Most of our work is retrofit — plants with PLCs older than the engineers maintaining them. We bridge legacy protocols rather than requiring you to replace working equipment.
Both, and we prefer to own the whole stack for a given problem. Splitting perception, control, connectivity and enclosure across vendors is the most common reason these projects stall.
Work commissioned specifically for you is yours. Our platform products — Pulse, Vantage, Forge, Tether — are licensed. We make the boundary explicit in the proposal, before you sign anything.
