The challenge

Existing vendors had delivered pieces of a unmanned surface vessel system, but nobody owned the integration and the pilot had stalled.

What we built

Built in our Motera lab, validated on a replica rig, then commissioned on site in days using ArduPilot Rover and ROS 2.

    Discovery sprint and site survey

  2. Phase 2

Prototype built and tested in the Motera lab

Highlights

  • Documentation, drawings and source handed over at close
  • Before-and-after measurements agreed with the client up front
  • Operator training delivered in Gujarati, Hindi and English
  • Remote monitoring and over-the-air updates included
