The challenge

The dental chain team was relying on manual effort that could not keep up with volume, and every miss had a direct cost.

What we built

A phased rollout: a measured pilot first, then scale-out. The core runs on DMLS with 3D Slicer, integrated into existing systems through Ti-6Al-4V.

    Discovery sprint and site survey

  2. Phase 2

Prototype built and tested in the Motera lab
